What is So Selfish?

​

So Selfish is a monthly curated self-care subscription box that encourages prioritizing self care. Each box contains 4-6 wellness products (sometimes more) geared toward boosting self love.

How does it work?

 

There are four plans to choose from: Monthly, 3 Months, 6 Months, or 12 Months. Your subscription will auto-renew according to the plan at the end of the subscription cycle. 

You can cancel any time before your renewal date (10th of the month) by logging into your account or emailing us at help@shopsoselfish.com

​

For multiple month subscriptions, you can cancel anytime; however, you will still receive the remaining boxes from the prepaid multiple month subscription and then the subscription will end. For example, if you choose a 3 month subscription at checkout and want to cancel after the 2nd month- you will still receive your 3rd prepaid box. After your 3rd final box, you will not be rebilled and your subscription will end.

When will I be billed for the subscription?

When will I get my box?

 

We ship subscription boxes between the 25th-30th of each month. You'll receive your box 3-7 business days following the date of shipment. A tracking number will be sent to your email address as soon as your order is processed. 

 

Items purchased from the So Selfish Shop will ship immediately after processing. You'll receive your order 3-7 business days following the date of shipment. There may be occasional delays that occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather or holidays.

What is your shipping policy?

 

The shipping cost for subscription boxes will be a discounted flat-rate of $5.99. You'll receive your box 3-7 business days following the date of shipment. A tracking number will be sent to your email address as soon as your order is processed. Please ensure your mailing address is correct at check-out. So Selfish is not responsible for undelivered shipment(s) due to incorrect addresses.

Item(s) purchased from the So Selfish Shop will be shipped immediately after processing. Please note, shipping times do not include the standard 1-2 business day processing time it takes for the order to ship out. The shipping cost for items purchased from the So Selfish Shop will be a discounted flat-rate of $5.99.

Do you ship internationally?

 

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally. We currently ship within the contiguous United States, which exclude Hawaii and Alaska. Stay tuned and we'll keep you informed as we expand to more shipping locations!

Can I cancel anytime?

 

You can cancel anytime prior to your renewal date (10th of the month) by logging into your account or by emailing us at help@shopsoselfish.com For multiple month subscriptions, you can cancel anytime, however, you will still receive the remaining boxes and then the subscription will end.

For example, if you choose a 6 month subscription at checkout and want to cancel after the 5th month- you will still receive your 6th prepaid box. After your 6th final box, you will not be rebilled and your subscription will end.

What is your refund/exchange policy?

 

We do not offer refunds for subscription boxes.

 

Items purchased from the So Selfish Shop can be returned for a store credit or refund. We will only accept a return on products that are unused, in its original condition with full contents and original/appropriate packaging. So Selfish will not provide a store credit/refunds for returned products that are opened, used, returned after 14 days, damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal use.

You will be sent a return shipping label for items being returned and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. We are not liable for products that are damaged or lost during transit back to us. 

​

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered

​

Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations. 

​

Is there a cut off date to order a subscription box?

 

Yes, the cutoff date to order a subscription box is on the 24th of each month, as we ship between the 25th-30th. If you order after the 25th, your first box will be shipped the subsequent month.

​

Can I purchase a one-time box that does not auto renew?​

 

Yes! To purchase a box that does not auto-renew, select the "give a gift" option at check-out. Gift subscriptions automatically expire at the end of their subscription period and does not auto renew unless you check the box that states you wish for the gift subscription to auto-renew at checkout.
